CMAQv5.0.2 BiDi NH3 DDEP change

Brief Description

Changes were made in the vertical diffusion which effect only the NH3 dry deposition output with the bidirectional exchange runtime option. In the previous version of CMAQ with bidirectional exchange, the “NH3” variable in the DRYDEP output file represented the net flux (deposition - emissions). In v5.0.2, “NH3” now represents the dry deposition of NH3 without bidirectional exchange regardless of the run time option. The net flux of NH3 with the bidirectional exchange option can still be estimated by taking the difference in the “NH3_Dep” and “NH3_Emis” variables in DRYDEP output file.
