Brief Description

  • Correction to diagnostic file units description
  • Snow cover adjustment - previously, there was no accounting for the effect of snow covering land where dust might be produced
  • Correction to soil moisture factor (fmoit)
  • Correction to use gravimetric water content instead of volumetric soil moisture
  • Use land/water mask (lwmask) > 0 rather than soil type (sltyp) > 0 (0 non-existent) for over water test
