CMAQv5.0.2 Wind blown dust updates
Brief Description
- Correction to diagnostic file units description
- Snow cover adjustment - previously, there was no accounting for the effect of snow covering land where dust might be produced
- Correction to soil moisture factor (fmoit)
- Correction to use gravimetric water content instead of volumetric soil moisture
- Use land/water mask (lwmask) > 0 rather than soil type (sltyp) > 0 (0 non-existent) for over water test
